If nothing else is agreed with the customer, the shipping costs listed under the item “Delivery and shipping costs” apply. The order is usually processed within one to two business days and handed over to the shipping company, delivered directly or made available for pickup. Shipping is based on the selected service. If the ordered product or part of an order is not available from stock, a partial delivery will be made and the missing product will be delivered free of charge.
§ 2 Order
Orders are offered via the payment options visible on the checkout page. Basically, all orders are made by cash in advance or cash on collection. VAT is included in all prices shown on the website.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
The Buyer undertakes to carry out the order under the conditions specified on the website. BigBiceps GmbH must be informed immediately of any errors in an order. A completed order can be canceled only in exceptional cases.
§ 4 Invoice / credit check
For returning customers there is the possibility after a successful credit check to purchase products on account with a payment term of 14 days. After expiry of this period, a reminder fee of CHF 20.00 may be charged for each reminder step. If the customer has outstanding invoices, BigBiceps GmbH can cancel new orders or only send them against prepayment. BigBiceps Ltd. has the right at any time to change a customer from invoices to advance payment.
§ 5 Transfer of ownership
The delivery changes its owner only after the customer has made the payment. If the delivery is not paid for within the specified period when ordering on account, the buyer undertakes to return the goods to BigBiceps GmbH. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
If the delivered goods are defective, or if a delay in delivery of more than two weeks occurs without prior notice to the customer, the customer has a right to withdraw from the purchase contract. The goods must be returned to BigBiceps GmbH; the customer shall bear the costs for the return shipment.
§ 7 Offer and prices
All offers and prices on the website are non-binding and without guarantee. Errors or changes in the goods and prices are reserved.
§ 8 Returns
Non-deliverable deliveries that have been returned to BigBiceps can be picked up by the customer within 4 weeks at the BigBiceps location in Baar. A reshipment will only take place in exceptional cases, in which case the customer will bear the costs for the reshipment.
If a shipment is lost, damaged or stolen, the customer must immediately file a claim with the shipping company (post office) and inform BigBiceps GmbH. BigBiceps GmbH can initiate a corresponding investigation and also file a police report. Any financial compensation or replacement of the shipment will be decided by the shipping company (Post).
§ 9 Disclaimer
All products distributed by BigBiceps GmbH are subject to the strictest controls by the respective manufacturer. For this reason, the respective manufacturer is exclusively liable for the quality of its products. With your order you confirm that BigBiceps GmbH cannot be held liable for any complaints or complications.
§ 10 Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of BigBiceps in 6340 Baar.
