Glutamine is one of the most frequently occurring and most important amino acids in the muscles. As a rule, the use of glutamine supplements is recommended after training to support the stressed muscles during regeneration and recovery. In addition, the depleted glutamine reserves are replenished.

Core Series L-Glutamine contains 5g of micronized L-Glutamine (highly soluble and absorbable by the body) per serving. The powder is tasteless and can therefore be stirred into water, fruit juice or a protein shake after training. Glutamine can be used by all athletes after intensive training.

Consumption recommendation

Add 1 level measuring spoon to 180-230 ml of water, juice or milk. Stir for 20 seconds or until everything is dissolved, shake or mix and drink immediately.
