Ingredients required
- 250ml milk (if you are on a diet, you can use low-fat milk).
- 1 banana without peel
- 60g oat flakes
- 1 measuring cup of USN BlueLab Protein Tropical Smoothie
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients together in a blender jug
- Blend for approx. 10-15 seconds
- Done! Your TropiBana Shake is ready to drink
