Processing of whey CFM The Cross Flow Microfiltration (CFM) method is a microfiltration with crossed flow, which takes place through special ceramic filters that only allow whey protein to pass through without other undesirable components. It gently separates proteins from denatured proteins, milk fat and lactose. In this way, it retains the protein with maximum bioactive fractions and exhibits high biological efficiency. The process takes place completely without the use of chemicals!
Natural flavors Since the market launch of Pure Elite CFM, only natural flavors have been used. The manufacturer is of the opinion that synthetic colorants are not suitable for the gentle processing of chemical-free whey. Since September 2018, the flavors have also been transformed into an absolutely delicate creamy flavor. You will hardly believe that you are not drinking a flavored milkshake filled with sugar and fat. The manufacturer is proud of these new flavors and is confident that you will be highly satisfied in this respect.
No additives When the product was developed a few years ago, it was common on the market for most products to contain unnecessary additives – fillers, synthetic colorants, controversial sweeteners… Gums and thickeners were often added for a thicker texture. Czech Virus’ philosophy is that these things simply don’t belong in pure protein, so you won’t find any fillers, thickeners, colorings or controversial sweeteners in Pure Elite CFM.
